GENTLY PASTEURIZED: Our local cream is vat pasteurized to preserve the color and flavor of the cream. Most organic milks and creams must make the cross country trek from production to store, so they use Ultra High Temperature (UHT) that provides a longer shelf life, but it also affects color, flavor and the protein structure of the milk.
NON-HOMOGENIZED: Just a gentle little shake and the cream is ready to be poured and enjoyed!
