We start with our organic milk from our own dairy cows raised here in Oregon's Willamette Valley. The milk is ultra-filtered to help produce a delicious Lowfat Sour Cream, and healthier alternative to regular sour cream. It also boasts 4g of protein per serving (thats 4 times as much as regular sour cream) and has half as many calories per serving too!
