Fat Free Milk

Fresh organic milk from our own dairy cows raised here in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Their pasture diet is also supplemented with organic alfalfa (grown on our own farms) and a proprietary blend of other organic grains (corn silage, barley, etc) specially formulated by our animal nutritionists and veterinarians. Our Fat Free milk is full of vitamins, minerals and, of course, flavor. Kids and adults alike love this milk!

Ingredients: Pasteurized Organic Grade A Fat Free Milk, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D3.

GENTLY PASTEURIZED: Our local milk is pasteurized by using a Hi Temp, Short Time (HTST) process that preserves the color and flavor of the milk.  Most organic milks that must make the cross country trek from production to store, so they use Ultra High Temperature (UHT) that provides a longer shelf life, but it also affects color, flavor and the protein structure of the milk.

SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS / STORING: Perishable, keep refrigerated.
