Fresh and right from our own organic dairy cows raised here in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Their pasture diet is also supplemented with organic alfalfa (grown on our own farms) and a proprietary blend of other organic grains (corn silage, barley, etc) specially formulated by our animal nutritionists and veterinarians. A 50/50 combo of Lulubelle's Creamery organic cream and whole milk, it's the perfect coffee companion, but there are plenty of other ways to enjoy it, too. Splash in soups to add richness, whisk a tablespoon with eggs for a fluffy scramble, or warm with garlic and Parmesan for a creamy pasta sauce.

Ingredients: Pasteurized Organic Grade A Milk, Organic cream.

GENTLY PASTEURIZED: Our local cream is vat pasteurized to preserve the color and flavor of the cream. Most organic milks and creams must make the cross country trek from production to store, so they use Ultra High Temperature (UHT) that provides a longer shelf life, but it also affects color, flavor and the protein structure of the milk.

NON-HOMOGENIZED: Just a gentle little shake and the cream is ready to be poured and enjoyed!
