Fresh organic milk from our own dairy cows raised here in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Their pasture diet is also supplemented with organic alfalfa (grown on our own farms) and a proprietary blend of other organic grains (corn silage, barley, etc) specially formulated by our animal nutritionists and veterinarians. Rich cream naturally rises because this milk is non-homogenized and minimally processed.
