Ingredients: Pasteurized Organic Grade A Low Fat Milk, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D3.
GENTLY PASTEURIZED: Our local milk is pasteurized by using a High Temperature, Short Time (HTST) process that preserves the color and flavor of the milk. Most organic milks must make the cross country trek from production to store, so they use Ultra High Temperature (UHT) that provides a longer shelf life, but it also negatively affects color, flavor and the protein structure of the milk.
HOMOGENIZED: The fat is dispersed uniformly through the rest of the milk. That means no shaking, the milk is ready to be poured and enjoyed!
